Individual Coaching
You are looking for a reflective space to explore professional challenges, transitions, and questions of working identity.
Together, we’ll attend not only to what you want to change, but to what drives it. Exploring patterns, tensions, and desires that may not yet be fully clear. Building self-awareness and confidence along the way.
This work can help you think more clearly, act with intention, and navigate complexity at work without defaulting to quick fixes.
Sessions are conversational and reflective and can be structured or free flowing depending on your preference.
My standard session length is 70 minutes, this is negotiable.
Coaching is offered online via Zoom, or in person by request.
International Clients are very welcome.
I work in line with the global code of ethics.

Team Coaching
A reflective and facilitated space for teams and working groups in which the aim is to establish an initial "working truth" so that the group can do the work it needs to. Team coaching can be interspersed with more traditional team building or development activities.
Strengthening relationships and trust within a leadership team or working group.
Navigating difference and “us and them” moments in team life.
Exploring recurring patterns that get in the way of communication, creativity, and progress.
Identifying shared goals and desires.
Working through periods of change, uncertainty, or transition.
Creating a holding environment for thoughtful risk‑taking.
Team coaching sessions usually from two to four hours and may occur over a period of weeks or months.

Consultancy
Alongside coaching, I offer limited consultancy for leaders and teams who want to explore organisational questions in a more structured and psychologically informed way.
Consultancy can take different forms depending on what’s needed: reflective interviews, facilitated discussions, team‑based inquiry, or research‑informed exploration of a specific issue. The aim is to help leaders understand what is happening beneath the surface of their organisation, and how they might respond with greater clarity and steadiness.
Availability for consultancy is limited, but I’m always open to a conversation about whether the support you’re looking for aligns with my approach.
